Return Policy-

All sales are final.

The only Exceptions....

All items with a PROPER WORKING ORDER mechanical rating come with a 30 day guarantee for function. If there is a problem with one of these items, we will have our technician repair the item or we will replace it. If this is not possible, we will grant a refund.

All item with a  NEW cosmetic rating come with a manufacturer's warranty. Time frames on these warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Most cover the first year from date of purchase but some are as short as 90 days. If there is a problem with a NEW item, we will do our best to facilitate the repair or replacement of the item.

Even then, there are no cash refunds. Exchange, store credit or 15% re-stocking fee on all items with a "NEW" cosmetic or "PROPER WORKING ORDER" mechanical rating.

The Camera Trader is not responsible for shipping costs of returned items and no refunds will be issued to cover the expense of return shipment of warranted, refunded or repair items. All returns must be pre-approved. Any item sent back to us without prior approval will be refused.
